SECTIONAL // SHTEVE N49°16′ W123°07′
Practical, well-crafted software — born from analog hobbies. A pilot, woodworker and ham operator who turns charts, dials and contours into tools, infrastructure and the occasional bit of ML.
Flight log · 06 waypoints
Six projects across different terrain — maker tools, web & infra, and ML. Scroll to fly it; each waypoint opens its approach plate.

I build software the way I'd build a jig in the shop: figure out the real problem, make the tool that solves it cleanly, and don't add a part that isn't earning its place.
Most of my projects start in a hobby — aviation, woodworking, amateur radio, the backcountry — and turn into something genuinely useful: a CNC export pipeline, a friendlier way to program a radio, an ML service behind a fast edge front door. The through-line is craftsmanship, whether the output is a slat or a deploy.
